We made a conscious decision to design our products without animal products. Leather is the most common animal product used in guitar straps. Reducing the use of leather reduces demand for the animal culture industry, which means less animal suffering, less impact to the environment, and of course less animal suffering!

Men can wear our straps! But our style certainly leans more feminine, and that's intentional. The guitar market is so heavily centered around men, we wanted to create a brand that fits the style of the many women who play! 
All of the above! As long as the guitar has two strap buttons, our straps should fit. If your guitar doesn't have a 2nd strap button, just email us at with your order number and we'll throw in a string tie that can be used to tie it to the headstock (the standard practice for guitars with only 1 strap button). 
Our products make great gifts for guitarists! We are happy to include a brief custom message, as long as it does not include vulgarity or inappropriate content. Just send us a note at indicating that you'd like to include a custom message and we are happy to make it happen!
If you've been following us this year, you know that we don't run discounts very often. Black Friday is going to be the steepest discounts we offer all year. If you are visiting us during this time, jump on those deals! We are not one of those brands that has everything "on sale" all the time. We don't so sales often, but when we do we go big. Take advantage when you see them!

When you placed an order, you should have received an email with a tracking number. You can also click on the little "person" icon at the top right of our website next to the cart button. After you log in, it should show you your orders where you can find the tracking number.

Sure! We don't do discounts often so it's unlikely this will happen, but if it does, just shoot us a note at and we'll happily credit you the business. We know the stress of holiday shopping and trying to guess when the best deal will be, so we don't play that game. If you see a deal you like, go ahead and grab it! If your items get discounted further, just shoot us a note and we'll get you straightened out.

There is a button at the top of our page that says Get your code. Click that button! You'll get a 25% discount code and VIP access to our Black Friday sales! VIP access allows you to use the discount and access our deals 11/21, 5 days before the sales go live to the general public!

After you have the items in your cart, click Checkout. On the Checkout page, there is a box where you can input your discount code and it will be applied, showing you the reduced prices!

USPS has indicated that orders should be placed by Dec. 17th to ensure delivery prior to Christmas. 

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship to all 50 states in the USA. We ship orders that contain straps to Canada. Unfortunately, we cannot ship picks-only orders internationally.

Shipping times:

  • Orders received before 3pm M-F ship out same-day. Orders received after 3pm ship next business day. 
  • Any orders that contain a strap are shipped Priority Mail USPS, which averages 2-days shipping. 
  • Orders that only contain picks are shipped First Class USPS, which averages 3-5 days depending on location.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

  • Orders over $10 will have free shipping.
  • Orders under $10 will be charged $2.30 for shipping and will be shipped USPS First Class Mail. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

NOTE: When you go to your Shopping Cart, the page will show that Shipping will be calculated at checkout. If you have a subtotal of products >$10, don't worry! That will be zero :). As you go through the checkout process, it will be zero when you get to the final stage!

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. We will pay the return shipping.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be returned in the condition they were received.
  • For returns, please email with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Shipping: We will provide a return shipping label and return instructions.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
